Tom Dougherty

Analyst

Tom graduated from Villanova University in 2021 with dual majors of Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. During his education at Villanova, Tom competed on the Men’s Water Polo team, serving as the team’s captain during his senior season as well as earning All-Conference honors. He also was a member of the Real Estate Society, a club focused on bringing students and alumni together who share an interest in real estate finance.

Prior to working at Birch Creek Capital, Tom began his career working as a research analyst at Lee & Associates of Eastern PA, a commercial brokerage firm. In this role, he specialized in tracking all industrial real estate activity, including an extensive development pipeline, in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
